Our Process

We aim to make the process as simple as possible for you to achieve your dream home

Client Consultation

We will discuss with you via phone or at our office what you are looking to do and will advise you of what you will need to provide

ie: Geotechnical Reports and Wastewater Design.

Site Investigation

We will visit the site of your potential home and do any site measures required.

Concept Drawings

We will put together drawings for you. This is your chance to make any initial changes.

Consent Drawings

We draw consent plans which for a New Build include:

Site Plan
Foundation Floor Plan & Dimensioned Floor Plan
Cross Section and Window Schedule
Elevations
Bracing and Lintels
Roof
Plumbing
Cladding

Final Review and Consent Application

Once you have reviewed the final plans we will then submit the application for the building consent with the relevant council.

We then manage the application through until consent is granted. We also keep you updated through the whole process.

Based in the beautiful Central Hawkes Bay we specialise in New Builds, Relocatables - New and Pre Loved and Repiling Consent Plans.

We service the Central Hawkes Bay and wider Hawkes Bay District, Manawatu, Wairarapa and Wellington areas.
